ኣገዳሲ ህዝባዊ ምልክታ/ መጸዋዕታ

ዝኸበርኩም ደቂ ሃገር፡ ኣቐዲሞና ልባዊ ሰላምታና ይብጻሕኩም።

ቀጺልና ገዲም ተጋዳላይ ዶክቶር ሃብተ ተስፋማርያም ንቀዳም ዕለት 26 ሚያዝያ 2008,(Saturday, April 2008) ኣብ መራኸቢ ብዙሃን ፓልቶክ (Paltalk), ኣዳራሽ Eritrean room for strong and united opposition ", ስዓት 21፡00 ብናይ ማእከላይ ኤሮጳ (CEST), ኣቈጻጽራ ክመጽእ ስለ ዝኮነ ዝዀነ ኩልኹም ብጉዳይ ሃገርን ህዝብን ኤርትራ እትግደሱ ኽቡራት ዜጋታት ምሳና ሓቢርኩም ከተምስዩ ብትሕትና ንዕድም፡

ኣብዚ ምሸት እዚ ዶክቶር ሃብተ ተስፋማርያም ክመያየጠሎም ዝደሊ ዘሎ ሓሳባት ከምዚ ዝስዕብ እዮም፡፡

ዝሰርሕን ጻዕረኛን ተቓዋማይ ኤርትራዊ ሓይሊ የድሊ ኣሎ!!

ኩሎም መትከላውያን ኤርትራውያን፡ ንዲሞክራስያዊ ለውጢ ኣብ ኤርትራ ብንጹር ኣማዕድዮም ዝርእዩን ኣብ ግብሪ ንምትርጓሙ ብናይ ሓባር ስትራተጂ ንምዕዋቱ ዝግደሱን፥ ርእይቶኦም ንምግላጽ፡ ኣብ ናይ ሓሳባት ምልውዋጥ መድረኽ ይዕደሙ ኣለዉ።

1- ዲሞክራስያዊ ለውጢ ዝዕወተሉ መወዳእታ መዓርፎና ብሰላምን ኣብ ግዜኡን ንምብጻሕ፡ ኣብ ጕዕዞና ዝሳለጡ፡ ዘይስገሩ ናይ ለውጢ ስርሒታት ኣለዉ። እምበኣርከስ፡ እዞም ዘይስገሩ ጕዳያት ንምፍላጥን፡ ምስልሳልን፥ ዘጋጥሙና ገደበታት ንምስጋርን፥ ናይ ለውጢ መዓርፎታት ብቕደም-ተኸተል ንምፍላይን፡ ዘኽእለና መራሕ-መንገዲ ናይ ጕዕዞና-ካርታ (Road Map) ክንስእል ናይ ግድን ይኸውን።

ካርታ ጕዕዞና፡ ካብ ሕጂ በጺሕናዮ ዘሎና ኵነት ማለት 2ይ ጉባኤ ዲሞክራስያዊ ኪዳን ኤርትራ ጀሚሩ ክሳብ እታ መወዳእታ መዓርፎ ናይ ዲሞክራስያዊ-ለውጢ ዝዕወት እሞ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ምሉእ ሓርነቱ ተጓናጺፉ፡ ስልጣን ጨቢጡ፡ ባዕሉ ብሓጋግን ፈጻምን ፈራድን ትካላት ዝተኣማምን ዲሞክራስያዊ ስርዓት ንምህናጽ ዘብቅዖ ዘማልአ ካርታ ክኸውን ኣለዎ።

ሕቶታት፡-

- እዛ ናይ ጕዕዞ ካርታ እዚኣ በየናይ ኣገባብ ትዳሎ?

- መን እዮም'ከ ነዛ ካርታ እዚኣ ሒዞም፡ ብኣኣ እንዳተመርሑ ስራሓት ዘሰላስሉን ዝጐዓዙን?

2- ንዲሞክራስያዊ ለውጢ ኣብ እተካይዶ ቃልሲ፥ ህዝባዊ ደገፍን ተኻፋልነትን ቅድመ-ኵነት ናይ ምዕዋቱ እዩ።

ሕቶታት፡-

- እንተድኣ እዚ ዘሎ ተቕውሞ-ሓይሊ ኣብ ዲሞክራስያዊ ለውጢ ዝግበር ቃልሲ መሪሕ ቦታ ክሕዝ ኰይኑ፥ ህዝባዊ ደገፉ ክሳብ ክንደይ ሓያል እዩ? እንተዘይኰነ'ኸ በየናይ ኣገባብ እዩ ልብን ሓንጎልን ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ከሲቡ ብድሕሪኡ ከሰልፎ ዝበቅዕ?

3- ኣብ ንሓርነትን ንዲሞክራስያዊ ለውጥን ዝግበር ቃልሲ፡ ናይ ዓለም-ለኸ ዝህልወካ ምትሕብባርን ደገፍን ዓቢ ኣወንታዊ ድፍኢታት ኣለዎ። ፖለቲካውን ስለኣእሙሮኣውን ንዋታውን መኽሰባት ዝህብ ጥራሕ ዘይኰነ፡ ናይ ሓደ ጨቋኒ ዲክታቶርያዊ ስርዓት መተካእታ ንኽትከውን ሕጋዊ መሰል ዘውህብ መዳይ እዩ'ውን።

ሕቶታት፡-

- ሓይሊ ተቓውሞ ኤርትራ ኣብ ዲፕሎማስያዊ መዳይ ተዋፊሩ፡ እዞም ኣብ ላዕሊ ዝተጠቕሱ መኽሰባት ክረክብ'ዶ በቒዑ? እንተ ዘይበቒዑ፡ ስለምንታይ? ሕጂ ንክዕወት'ከ በየናይ መደባትን ስርርዕን ክቕረብ ኣለዎ?

4- መደምደምታ፡

ሀ. ኩሉ ኤርትራዊ ዲሞክራስያዊ ለውጢ ንክዕወት ዝምነ፡ እጃሙ ኣብ ቃልሲ ብከመይ ክልዕል ኣለዎ?

ለ. እዚ ሕጂ ዝቀራረብ ዘሎ ጉባኤ ዲሞክራስያዊ ኪዳን ኤርትራ፡ እንተድኣ እዞም ዝተባህሉ ሕቶታት ምምላስን፡ መንገዲ ዓወት ረጊጹ ክጐዓዝ ኰይኑን፥ እንታይ ዓይነታዊ መድባትን፡ ውድባዊ ቅርጽታትን ሕዙ ክወጽእ ኣለዎ?

ንዘቲ፡ ንዘራረብ፡ ንተቓውሞ ሓይሊ ብሓሳብን ብግብርን ንደግፎን ነበርትዓዮን።

Eritrea Needs an Opposition, Which Works Hard!

Principled Eritreans with unclouded vision on how to achieve a democratic change in our country should talk, expose their perception, come and work together under common strategy.

How can this be done in practice?

Lets talk and try to find the answers.

1. Before we reach our goal, the democratic change which is the last station, we have to pass through many processes of changes which require commitments and hard work. To know all the hurdles and stations within the process, a road-map should be drawn so that we navigate according that map and reach our end station peacefully and in time. If we let the first station be the 2nd congress of the EDA and the last station we’ll be the time when the Eritrean people have full freedom and rights to proclaim a democratic system with legislative, executive and judiciary powers in the country.

Questions:

How the road map can be drawn?

Who should draw the map?

Who are the navigators who can use that map as their guide?

2. In a struggle for a democratic change, the popular support and participation is a precondition for its success.

Questions:

If the opposition is going to be the vanguard of the change how strong is its popularity?

If it’s not strong enough to be counted as a vanguard how is it going to win the hearts and minds of the Eritrean people and make them rally behind it?

3. In a Struggle for liberation and democratic change, international solidarity and support plays a big role in gaining political, moral, material supports and even legal legitimacy to be an alternative to a criminal dictator.

Questions:

Has the Eritrean opposition worked hard in its diplomatic activities to gain all the above mentioned advantages? If not yet, what should it do now?

4. In conclusion:

a) In general what can all Eritreans do for the struggle those who are in support of democratic change?

b) What would be the role of the EDA Congress in answering these questions?

c) What kind of organizational structure within the leadership of the EDA can facilitate to do all jobs effectively?

Let us talk and help the opposition with ideas and deeds.
